১. ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করার শর্তাবলী

• ওয়ারেন্টি সময়সীমা হতে পারে ৭ দিন, ৩ মাস, ৬ মাস, ১২ মাস, ১৮ মাস বা ২৪ মাস।
• মূল পণ্যের বক্স এবং ক্রয়ের ক্যাশ মেমো অবশ্যই সংযুক্ত থাকতে হবে।
• মূল বক্স ও ক্যাশ মেমো ছাড়া কোনো দাবি গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

২. ওয়ারেন্টি মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ

ওয়ারেন্টি মেয়াদ শেষ হলে কোনো সার্ভিস প্রদান করা হবে না।

৩. প্রযোজ্য ওয়ারেন্টি শর্ত

• শুধুমাত্র ফ্যাক্টরি ডিফেক্ট বা উৎপাদনজনিত সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।
• ভুল ব্যবহার, ভাঙা, পুড়ে যাওয়া, পানির ক্ষতি বা বাহ্যিক ক্ষতির ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়।

৪. ওয়ারেন্টির জন্য পণ্য জমা

গ্রাহক সরাসরি আমাদের গুদামে বা কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে (নিজস্ব খরচে) পণ্য পাঠাতে পারবেন।

• দাবি গ্রহণযোগ্য হলে রিটার্ন কুরিয়ার খরচ Trustify বহন করবে।
• কোনো সমস্যা না পাওয়া গেলে গ্রাহক উভয় দিকের কুরিয়ার খরচ বহন করবেন।

৫. রিপেয়ার বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রসেস

• রিপেয়ার সম্ভব হলে পণ্য রিপেয়ার করে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
• রিপেয়ার সম্ভব না হলে একবারের জন্য রিপ্লেসমেন্ট দেওয়া হবে।
• রিপ্লেসমেন্ট শেষে সেই পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি সম্পূর্ণ শেষ বলে গণ্য হবে।

৬. ৭ দিনের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ওয়ারেন্টি

• পণ্য অবশ্যই একেবারে নতুন অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
• স্ক্র্যাচ, ডেন্ট বা ব্যবহারের চিহ্ন পাওয়া গেলে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

1. Warranty Claim Conditions

• Warranty period may be 7 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months or 24 months.
• Original product box and purchase receipt must be attached.
• No claim will be accepted without original box or receipt.

2. Warranty Expiry

No service will be provided once the warranty period expires.

3. Applicable Warranty

• Applicable only for factory defects or manufacturing issues.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, breakage, burning, water damage, or external damage.

4. Product Submission for Warranty

Customers can send products directly to our warehouse or via courier (at their own cost).

• If claim is valid, return courier cost will be borne by Trustify.
• If no issue is found, the customer will bear both-way courier cost.

5. Repair or Replacement Process

• If repairable, product will be repaired and returned.
• If not repairable, one-time replacement will be provided.
• After replacement, warranty for that product is considered expired.

6. 7-Day Replacement Warranty

• Product must be in completely new condition.
• Scratches, dents, or signs of use will void replacement.
